In addition to the search for oneself and the development of identity, young people are also faced with other problems of a more economic or social nature, such as finding employment and housing. In order to enable young people to speak out about the problems they are facing, young people from all four participating countries will first receive project planning and project management skills during the joint training, which they will further develop in their countries during advocacy and communication training with the media.

With this knowledge and skills, young people in each country will design their own projects to draw attention to the problems they face in local and wider communities and, with the help of advocacy and media knowledge, involve decision-makers and the media.
